Valueplus Inc. Privacy Policy
Valueplus Inc. (hereinafter referred to as
"the Company") operates the following processing policy to comply
with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, protect the
personal information and rights of users, and smoothly handle grievances
related to personal information.
This policy takes effect on January
1, 2026, and any changes will be notified through a notice at least 7 days
in advance.
1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The Company processes personal information
for the following purposes:
- Membership Registration and Management: Identity verification, prevention of unauthorized use of
the service.
- Inquiry and Consultation Processing: Confirmation of customer inquiries, fact-finding,
notification of processing results.
- Service Provision: Provision
of goods/services and performance of contracts.
- Payment and Refund Processing: Settlement
of payments, refunds, confirmation of financial transactions.
- Delivery Service Provision: Product
delivery and confirmation of receipt.
- Marketing and Advertising Utilization: Events, discounts, analysis of access frequency,
statistics, etc..
- Note: Marketing and advertising utilization only applies when
separate optional consent has been obtained.

3. Provision and Consignment of Personal Information to Third
Parties
The Company provides personal information
to third parties only with the data subject's consent or when there is a legal
basis.

(Lotte Global Logistics), Payment gateway (NHN KCP).
- Operational Management Consignment: NHN
Commerce (First Mall).
- Purpose of Provision: Delivery,
payment, customer response, etc..
- Items Provided: Minimum
information necessary for service provision.
- Retention and Use Period: Immediately
destroyed upon achievement of the purpose or for the period stipulated by
law.
4. Rights of the Data Subject and Legal Representative
- The data subject may request access, correction, deletion, or
suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.
- In the case of a minor, the legal representative may exercise
these rights, and submission of a power of attorney is required.
5. Destruction of Personal Information
- Destruction Procedure: After
achieving the purpose, information is separated and stored in a separate
DB or document, and destroyed upon the expiration of the retention period.
- Destruction Deadline: Within 5
days from the end of the retention period.
- Destruction Method:
- Electronic Files: Use of a
technical method that prevents recovery.
- Paper Documents: Shredding or
incineration.
6. Measures to Secure Safety
- Minimization and training of personnel handling personal
information.
- Technical measures against hacking and viruses.
- Encryption of personal information.
- Storage of access records for 6 months or more and prevention
of forgery/alteration.
- Access control to physical storage locations.
