We are committed to establish the system to enable our Partners (suppliers and subcontractors) to participate in responsible corporate activities aimed at in the RBA Code of Conduct, and provides related support to enable our Partners to carry out their duties and supervises the performance of responsibilities.
- Compliance with regulations on hazardous substances in products
- Establish an appropriate and efficient program for material regulation in procurement and manufacturing processes.
- Establish Partners exclusion from hazardous/dangerous tasks principle.
- Prohibition of use of minerals from conflict areas
- Monitor and avoid usage of conflict minerals (tantalum, tungsten, tin, gold, etc.) that are mined and distributed unethically, resulting in human rights violations and environmental destruction.
- Strengthen monitoring and cooperation with Partners to prevent the inflow of conflict minerals into the supply chain.
- Consolidating management on our Supply Chain System
- Enhance code of conduct to Partners based on the RBA's code of conduct and request so comply.
- Request suppliers to continually improve their performance in implementing the RBA Code.
